Graham Bonney (born Graham Arthur Ernest George Bradly, 2 June 1943) is a British pop singer and songwriter who has mainly lived and worked in Germany. Although he only had one UK chart hit, "Super Girl" in 1966, his success has continued in Europe.
A good selection of popular songs of the 60's also some of his own songs 6 of them to be exact which he wrote with "Barry Mason".....a typical 60's voice !!

Rosy & Andres were a Dutch musical duo made up of Rosy Pereira and Dries Holten. They recorded together from the mid to late 1970s. Their best known song is "My Love".

Pleasantly surprised by this L/P...only have heard "Mahalia" in her "Gospel" mode !!.. I presume that these are some of her early recordings they still have the spiritual feel about them !!..an enjoyable unexpected experience !!

Its great hearing tracks from well known groups that do well known songs and standard songs entirely different from the originals and this L/P does just that....there are some great tracks on this one well worth a listen !!!...Thanks Bob !!!

Here's Sinatra singing on "Reprise" some "Modern Classics" as opposed to "Standards !!
Again the "Greatest Hits 2" title to my mind doesn't fit...It would have been better titled "Sinatra Sings Great Songs Of Today" as as far as I am aware the only "Hit"on this one is "My Way"......That doesn't take away the fact that this is a great L/P sung as only "Sinatra" did....it's the "Marketing People"that always seem to get it wrong !!!!

The Spotnicks are an instrumental rock group from Sweden, who were formed in 1961. Together with the Shadows and the Ventures they are counted as one of the most famous instrumental bands during the 1960s. They were famous for wearing "space suit" costumes on stage, and for their innovative electronic guitar sound. They have released 42 albums, selling more than 18 million records, and still tour.

Jennie Smith was a young vocalist who emerged briefly in the late '50s as a would-be Polly Bergen, or a potential rival to Patti Page as a pop singer. A stylist with a sound well beyond her years, at 19 she made her recording debut on RCA Victor with the backing of arranger/conductor Ray Ellis, releasing her own album that year.
She went on to release one more LP with Ellis, entitled Love Among the Young, at Columbia Records, in 1959, where she cut two more LPs. Her singles included "(I Won't) Go Away Little Boy" on the Canadian American label.
