ReplyDeleteI like Lionel, I really do. His solo music has aged well, and his work with the Commodores was stellar. However .... I have to say, I find that video for "Hello" SO INCREDIBLY CREEPY. He's a teacher and she's a student, FFS! And he's practically STALKING the poor girl! That's not "love," that's OBSESSION, and as I've been on the receiving end of it before from my psycho ex-husband, I can say from personal experience that it's NOT fun or "romantic" to be the object of that sort of thing. What the hell was Lionel thinking when he made that video?!
