Country Guitar Man...Albert Lee.

Albert William Lee (born 21 December 1943) is an English guitarist known for his fingerstyle and hybrid picking technique. Lee has worked, both in the studio and on tour, with many famous musicians from a wide range of genres. He has also maintained a solo career and is a noted composer and musical director.
Lee was with a variety of bands from 1959 onwards, playing mostly R&B, country music and rock and roll. He was accompanying Richard Kneller (Dickie Pride) in the Castle Pub in Tooting the night Russ Conway saw him perform there, two weeks before taking Larry Parnes to see Pride. His early guitar influences included, in addition to Buddy Holly, Cliff Gallup, Grady Martin, the Everly Brothers, Scotty Moore, James Burton and Jerry Reed. Lee first experienced commercial success as the lead guitarist with Chris Farlowe and the Thunderbirds. Lee says that he enjoyed playing the Stax-type material, but he really wanted to play country music. Consequently, he left Farlowe and the Thunderbirds in 1968.

Pipedream...Alan Hull.

James Alan Hull (20 February 1945 – 17 November 1995) was an English singer-songwriter and founding member of the Tyneside folk rock band Lindisfarne.
A folk singer and guitarist in local clubs before helping to form Brethren and Downtown Faction, which evolved into Lindisfarne in 1970. He also released a one-off solo single, "We Can Swing Together", which was re-recorded with the group on their first album, Nicely Out of Tune, and became a regular favourite in their stage performances.
As the group's most prolific songwriter and joint lead vocalist, Hull came to be regarded as its leader. In 1972, dissatisfied with the sound and critical reception of their third album Dingly Dell, he considered leaving the group but instead he and joint lead vocalist Ray "Jacka" Jackson formed a new six-piece Lindisfarne the following year, leaving the three other original members to form Jack The Lad. He also released his first solo album, Pipedream.
Lindisfarne disbanded in 1973 and Hull released a second solo album, Squire, then formed the short-lived Radiator.

The First Album.(Bed-Sitter Images)...Al Stewart.

Bed Sitter Images is the debut studio album of folk artist Al Stewart, released in 1967, and again in a revised edition with a new cover picture in 1970. The songs were orchestrated by Alexander Faris. The cover of the first 1967 edition spells "Bed Sitter" without a hyphen, as do many reviews and Al Stewart's official website. The album and its title track are both named on the record label as Bedsitter Images, with neither hyphen nor space between 'Bed' and 'sitter'.
Stewart swiftly became a fixture on the English folk revival circuit, living in a flat with Paul Simon in London while sharing bills with Bert Jansch, Cat Stevens, and Roy Harper. After playing a recording session for Jackson C. Frank's eponymous 1965 debut, he signed a deal with Decca, which released the single "The Elf" in 1966, featuring guitar by Jimmy Page. After "The Elf" stalled on the charts, Stewart signed with CBS, which released his debut album Bedsitter Images in 1967. Its 1969 follow-up, Love Chronicles.

Audience...Audience.

British art-rock unit Audience was formed in London in 1969 by singer/guitarist Howard Werth, saxophonist Keith Gemmell, bassist Trevor Williams, and percussionist Tony Connor. Set apart from their contemporaries thanks to their use of acoustic guitar and saxophone, the group issued their self-titled debut LP in 1969; although the album was a commercial failure, Audience soon landed with Charisma Records, teaming with producer Gus Dudgeon to record the 1970 follow-up Friend's Friend's Friend. House on the Hill, issued a year later, yielded perhaps the band's best-known effort, "Indian Summer," and was followed by a U.S. tour in support of the Faces; however, in the wake of 1972's Lunch, Gemmel left the lineup to join Stackridge, and despite recruiting saxophonist Patrick Neubergh and keyboardist Nick Judd, Audience disbanded soon after.

Audience was an acoustic guitar-driven album featuring Gemmell's saxophone, often electrically altered to resemble an electric lead guitar, and with string and horn arrangements by Andrew Pryce Jackman. The band were dissatisfied with the record company's promotional approach (a single, "Too Late I'm Gone" from the album had been planned and was cancelled), and temporarily moved to Switzerland to avoid involvement in proposed publicity stunts.
The band recorded four studio albums and is noted for its incorporation of saxophone, flute and clarinet into progressive and art rock arrangements led by acoustic guitar rather than keyboards.

Don't Be Concerned...Bob Lind.

Robert Neale Lind (born November 25, 1942) is an American playwright, novelist, and singer-songwriter who helped define the 1960s folk rock movement in the U.S. and UK. Lind is notable for his transatlantic hit record "Elusive Butterfly", which reached number 5 on both the US and UK charts in 1966. Many musicians have recorded songs by Lind, who continues to write, record and perform.

Area Code 615.

Area Code 615 was an American supergroup from Nashville, Tennessee consisting primarily of younger session musicians.
They took their name from the telephone area code, which at the time covered all of Central and Eastern Tennessee. Although their recording "Stone Fox Chase" was used as the theme of the BBC's music program The Old Grey Whistle Test, the band found difficulty getting respect from either conservative country music audiences or the mainstream rock press.
Area Code 615 recorded two albums, one instrumental and one with vocals, before disbanding. Wayne Moss, along with Nashville session steel guitarist Russ Hicks, formed Barefoot Jerry to continue Area Code 615's progressive country rock style. Mac Gayden, and Kenny Buttrey also played in the new band.

Country rock, progressive country, and funk‑rock influences.
Area Code 615 remains notable as one of Nashville’s earliest and most influential studio‑musician supergroups.

Ring Ring...ABBA.

'Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid' is what ABBA called themselves from 1972 to 1973, before the 'ABBA' name was invented. During this time the future members of ABBA were still unsure whether the collaboration would be their main musical act or whether it would be worth pursuing as a quartet in general - or if each member would continue their successful solo careers in Sweden - or in the case of Björn and Benny, a duo.

The KOLN Concert...Keith Jarrett.

The Köln Concert is considered the greatest piano recording in history ..
Wow !!!...What a performance !!...over 60 mins of genuine "Improvised Piano playing"!!...This is definitely  100% my favourite  Concert L/P Of piano music...
If you also like Piano Concert's then give this one a listen too...You Wont be disappointed !!

Keith Jarrett (born May 8, 1945) is an American pianist and composer. Jarrett started his career with Art Blakey and later moved on to play with Charles Lloyd and Miles Davis. Since the early 1970s, he has also been a group leader and solo performer in jazz, jazz fusion, and classical music. His improvisations draw from the traditions of jazz and other genres, including Western classical music, gospel, blues, and ethnic folk music.
His album The Köln Concert, released in 1975, is the best-selling piano recording in history. In 2008, he was inducted into the DownBeat Jazz Hall of Fame in the magazine's 73rd Annual Readers' Poll.
In 2003, Jarrett received the Polar Music Prize and was the first recipient to be recognized with the prizes for both contemporary and classical music. In 2004, he received the Léonie Sonning Music Prize.

The Köln Concert is considered the greatest piano recording in history because it captures a once‑in‑a‑lifetime improvisation, played on a terrible piano, under exhausting conditions, yet resulting in pure magic — emotionally overwhelming, sonically unique, and historically unmatched.
It’s 100% improvised — and yet perfectly structured
Unlike classical recordings, this wasn’t composed.
Unlike jazz recordings, this wasn’t based on standards.
Jarrett invented:
The Themes..The Harmonies..The Climaxes..The Transitions..The Emotional Arc
In Real Time.
And somehow it feels like a complete, intentional masterpiece.
The venue gave Jarrett the wrong piano — a small rehearsal instrument.
It had:
Weak bass
No power in the upper registers
Sticking keys
Uneven tone
Jarrett couldn’t play normally.
He had to:
Avoid certain notes.
Use rolling left‑hand patterns to compensate for the missing Bass.
Lean into gospel‑like harmonies because the piano couldn’t sustain classical voicings..This forced limitation created the signature sound of the concert — warm, hypnotic, rhythmic, and unlike any other Jarrett performance.
Everything went wrong !
Everything should have failed !
Yet the result is perfect.
That contradiction is why musicians call it “the greatest piano recording in history.”

The Band (sometimes stylized as the Band or the band) were a Canadian-American rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario. It consisted of Rick Danko (bass guitar, guitar, vocals, fiddle), Garth Hudson (organ, keyboards, accordion, saxophone), Richard Manuel (piano, drums, vocals), and Robbie Robertson (guitar, piano, percussion), all Canadian, and Levon Helm (drums, vocals, mandolin, guitar, bass guitar), an American. The Band's music combined elements of Americana, folk, rock, R&B, jazz and country, which influenced artists including George Harrison, Elton John, the Grateful Dead, Eric Clapton and Wilco.
Between 1958 and 1963, the group were known as the Hawks and were the backing band for the rockabilly singer Ronnie Hawkins, based in Toronto, Ontario. In the mid-1960s, they gained recognition for backing Bob Dylan on his 1966 concert tour as Dylan's first electric band.
