Another excellent L/P from TMSS's...I wish that they had made more L/P's than they did....I recon that they recorded about 6 featuring themselves I have one more to post later on...They definatly have their own sound and Mike Sammes was a great arranger and fiddling about with the sounds...I think they just went into the recording studio and sang with the orchestra..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat L/P !!!!

Once you have got past the "eurovision"
folly then this one is a nice collection of cover versions and some of Clodagh's hit singles...take a good listen to "I Am A Fantasy" which was the "B" side of "Come Back And Shake me"...That should have been the "A" side...but I recon that "Shake Me" was more commercial !!

Neil Sedaka....320 Kbps

What a great singer and song writer is "Neil Sedaka"....he has composed loads of songs for himself and other singers...this L/P has my favourite song by him on it "Betty Grable"....just a simple arrangement piano and Neil singing Grrrrrrreat....In fact will post the track here as well as the L/P so you can hear what I am on about !!!...great lyrics as well...wonder if he wrote them or was it "Greenfield" thats the other name on the credits of the song.....any "Neil Sedaka" enthusiasts out there who can enlighten me ? Grable

Great album - thanks Luigi. Howard Greenfield was the lyricist. Sadly he died of AIDS in 1986 aged just 49.

Hi Folks... I'm back...thanks "Dusty" for the requests uploads...and "Swank Daddy"I did keep my hands in my pocket...but unfortunately one of the people I went with did have his pocket picked and didn't feel a thing....I did warn them because I've been to "Morocco" before and was a victim...apart from that a very nice sunny break..sooooooooooo back to the turntable in the next day or so....and i will try to "Re-Up....Re-Post all the requests ASAP...cheers....Luigi
