So, this track by Shelly Manne is taken from their 1956 album the album "Shelly Manne and His Friends Play My Fair Lady" which was part of my introduction to 'modern jazz'. In addition to Shelly Manne it features Andre Previn on piano and Leroy Vinnegar on bass. Considered ground-breaking in its day, it is the first in a series of albums featuring the trio all of which presented jazz variations of musical/film scores. This is a nice bit of video and I say thank you for it.
