    I had never caught up with Judy C much either:( Then I heard her incredible instrument of a voice singing "Suzanne" on the recent Grammy Awards. WOW. Stunningly pure and beautiful.

    I can't believe that as into music as you are, you are not well familiar with Judy Collins.
    Along with Carol King, she was the voice of empowerment for women in the early 1970s.
    Their songs resonate today across the generations and will continue to do so long after Katy Perry and Lady Gaga are trivia questions on Jeopardy.
