Good morning Luigi (Espo),
DeleteFirst - still enjoying your site. Such an eclectic range of styles: thank-you.
Was really surprised to see this soundtrack...an Australian version!!
For info purposes: Gordon Boyd was a singer who worked extensively throughout Australia and Asia and he hosted a program here called 'Showcase' where he sang, of course, and introduced newer acts to the public. It was highly successful for the 3 or 4 years it was televised.
Maggie Fitzgibbon was an Aus. singer and actress well known for her 'brassy' vocals. She appeared in a number of British productions including 'Dangerman' and was extremely well known here in Aus.
Her brother, known as 'Smacka' was a banjo player/ singer known for singing the theme to Barry Humphries' "The Adventures of Barry McKenzie". He was quite a character and eventually he opened his own Theatre restaurant here in Melbourne.
